WHAT IS SPRING FLING?
A Carnival experience with Food, Bouncy Castles, Games, Silent Auction, Raffle Baskets and so much more!
WHEN AND WHERE?
Friday June 12th from 5-8pm at Tantallon Senior Elementary School.
WHERE CAN I GET TICKETS? Pre-buy tickets on SchoolCash Online (See below for link and instructions) and pick them up at the event with your name on them or buy at the event (Cash only)
HOW MUCH DO THINGS COST?
1 ticket = $1 Games, bouncy castles and food all range in price from $1-$2
WILL I BE ABLE TO USE MY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD AT THE EVENT?
No, you will not be able to use your card at the event. CASH ONLY.
HOW CAN I HELP?
Come and have fun, Volunteer, donate baked goods for “Who Eats The Sweet”, share links and promote the event!
CLASS ROOM RAFFLE BASKETS? Check the list and see what basket your kiddos class has!! These have turned out so great in the past and we appreciate all your help to make them the hot ticket item at Spring Fling!

Instructions:
Log In to your account
Under the ‘Halifax Regional Centre of Ed’ search ‘Tantallon’
You will then see Spring Fling Tickets (book of 10) - Friday, June 12, 2026 - 5 PM to 8 PM
Read the description there and add your desired amount of tickets to your cart.
REMEMBER adding 1 is adding a book of ten (10) tickets to your cart.
So, if you add 3 to your cart, you will receive thirty (30) tickets.
Don’t forget we will have hotdogs, popcorn, juice, freezies, cotton candy, etc when you’re thinking about tickets.
You can pre-order your tickets on school cash till 11th JUNE, 8am and they will be pre-packaged and ready to pick up when you arrive. There will also be a separate line up if you want to get your tickets when you arrive, REMEMBER cash only sales for day of purchases!
We Need Your Help!
Events like the Spring Fling simply wouldn’t happen without the support of our amazing volunteers!
From setup and activities to clean-up, there are many ways to get involved, and every bit of help makes a real difference.
If you’re able to lend a hand, we would love to have you join us!
Shifts are two hours each: 4:30-6:30 & 6:30-8:30 (includes set-up and tear-down).

If you own or operate a business and are in a position to contribute, we would greatly appreciate support through monetary donations or raffle items. The TESPA (Tantallon Elementary School Parent’s Association) has been working hard to create a fun, inclusive, and engaging experience for the children and families who attend these schools, and your generosity will help bring it to life.
Every contribution—big or small—goes directly toward enhancing the event and supporting initiatives that strengthen our school community. With your help, we can create lasting memories and ensure this special day is accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

One of the most popular attractions for all ages at the Spring Fling is our dessert game—and we need your help to make it a success!
We are gratefully accepting donations of desserts, whether homemade or store-bought. Items like cupcakes, frosted cookies, and other individually portioned treats are always a hit. Gift cards to Dairy Queen or a local bakery were also very popular last year!
Drop off: We will be accepting dessert donations Friday, June 12 from 8:20 to 4:00pm, any problems with that timing please do get in touch and we can arrange something!
Please make sure that all items are peanut and tree nut free and also please no items that need to be refrigerated or frozen
